Large sculpture or lamp stand (electric system missing), stoneware with dark grey and green glaze. Creator : DaLo (Studio) signed DAniel Derock and LOïc de Bailliencourt, the DALO, work together in Paris since 2007. Their unique pieces, a summary of major contemporary aesthetic influences are executed by 4 hands. Very interested in the ‘50s ceramics - dominated by earthenware - enameled, lively and colourful - but also in the ‘70s trend, oriented stoneware - bare, unpolished and sober - their creations are ranged between the decorative arts and sculpture.
